1. Hydrate - we need to replenish water AND electrolytes after sleeping all night long. My favorite electrolytes are @cure 2. Satiate - if you’re not hungry in the morning, this could be a sign of hormone imbalance. Eating a protein rich breakfast helps set your blood sugar up for success for the whole day. 3. Caffeinate - it may be a huge mindset shift to not reach for your coffee the moment your eyes open - but I believe you can do it! It’s not good for our hormones as women to drink caffeine on an empty stomach (hello high cortisol and anxiety).
