Tip 2: When making Cakepops you want a “play dough” consistency. Some people choose to add in frosting but sometimes if you add more than you need.. your cakepops will slide off the stick. The best way to get the perfect consistency is to just mix your cake into a dough immediately out of the oven. Let the steam do the work and you’ll get a perfect consistency each time! Tip 3: EVERY baker should have a food scale it honestly comes in handy more than you’d think! It may seem like an extra step to have to weight each cakepop but it’s honestly SOOO worth it!
