Here the view extends across the whole Island of Capri, the Bay of Naples, the Amalfi Coast, and even the distant mountains of Calabria. 🚡The easiest way to get to Capri’s highest point, on the summit of Monte Solaro, is to ride the chairlift. The trip takes about 12 minutes and at the time of this post costs about $15 per person and cannot be pre-booked. (Opening times and prices may vary by season.) 🚌 The bus from Capri stops just outside the entrance to the chairlift in Anacapri so be sure to get off when the driver calls out, “Anacapri” and then walk up the steps which you’ll find opposite the stop. Wij zijn aan de Amalfi kust (stond nog op mijn wishlist), next stop: Capri. Weet je nog van de prachtige beelden in ‘the talented mr. Ripley’ (met die heerlijke Jude Law) Ik heb dus hoge verwachtingen, niet handig ik weet het😬 En…Capri is mooi! Ik heb even een lijstje voor je gemaakt (dol zoals we zijn op lijstjes). Doe ermee wat je wilt 💛🇮🇹 Dit wil je wél (en niet) doen op CAPRI☀️ WEL doen: - Lekker vroeg vertrekken met de Ferry (mooi tochtje naar het eiland toe, wij vertrokken vanaf Positano waarover later meer) – Met de kabelbaan naar Capri-stad (scheelt gedoe en meteen mooi begin) – Slenteren door de straatjes en genieten van het prachtige uitzicht overal - Koop een Capri t-shirt/pet/tas..alles met Capri erop is leuk als je het mij vraagt 😜 – IJsje halen en mensen kijken – Met een cabrio taxi naar Anacapri (alleen dit al is een ervaring 😄) – Stoeltjeslift naar boven → dit is echt het hoogtepunt. Dat uitzicht! NIET doen (als je het mij vraagt): – €12 betalen voor een koffie op het overvolle plein 😅 – Shoppen bij de grote designers (tenzij je daar echt voor komt) Voor mij was Capri in één dag top! Here is the perfect 3 day itinerary at the Amalfi Coast ⬇️ DAY 1 - Positano & Amalfi • Morning: Arrive in Positano early to explore before the crowds. Walk down Via Cristoforo Colombo for the iconic postcard view 🙌🏻 • Visit Spiaggia Grande & walk along the shore.
