Part 1 | Career advice I NEEDED at 21, not 26. 1. Your degree matters less than the skills you build. 2. Learn communication early. It decides your entire career because confidence beats experience. 3. Don’t chase money first. Chase growth, money follows. 4. Stop trying to impress everyone. Impress yourself. 5. Build your network before you need it. 6. Don’t stay in a job that drains your ambition. 7. Start investing, even if it’s tiny. Time is your real wealth. 8. Learn to ask for opportunities. Closed mouths stay stuck. 9. Work on your confidence. It’s more valuable than talent. 10. Learn one high-income skill. It gives you freedom later. 11. Don’t compare your journey with anyone. Everyone peaks at different times. 12. Take care of your health. A tired mind can’t build a big career. 13. Take risks early. Fear grows with age. 14. Stop waiting for the “perfect moment.” It never comes. 15. Focus on the long game. Your 20s are for building, not proving. Comment “Yes” and I’ll send you the career clarity framework I wish I had at 26. Also share this with a friend in their 20s. If you want personal help, I do 1:1 clarity calls. lesson 15 of 30 ↣ nobody cares about your career, so you have to own it yourself. 😤 this one’s for those: ⟡ who are the underappreciated overachievers ⟡ who get erased from the credits ⟡ who didn’t “play the politics games” enough ⟡ who get hurt by empty promises I want only overflowing success for you. you deserve it. thank you to @neozach and @favoritedapp for letting me use their office to shoot so last min! i literally called that day and came by. 🙏 side note: this marks the halfway point of our 30 Lessons series 🎉 but imma be fr i am racing against the clock. no, I don’t have a lot of these videos done beforehand. i’m literally writing, shooting, editing every day. wish me luck on hitting all 30 consecutive days! 😅 #30lessonsby30 #careeradvice #feelinginvisible #careerlessons

Struggling to figure out what to do with your career? This framework really helped me. It's based on the 4 F’s: 🎯 Fun – Are you doing stuff you actually enjoy? ⏰ Flexibility – Does it give you the time freedom you want? 💡 Fulfilment – Do you feel like you're making a difference or helping people? 💰 Finances – Can you hit your financial goals? A 10/10 in each category looks different for everyone. So it's worth asking yourself: what does 10/10 flexibility actually look like for me? I used to be a doctor – high on fun and fulfilment, but low on flexibility and finances. Now as an entrepreneur, I've built my business to maximise all four. Could I ramp up finances more? Sure. But I'd have to trade off fun, flexibility, and fulfilment – and I'm not willing to do that. Over time, you find your balance. This framework helped me get there.

The Career Blueprint I Wish I Had at 21 1. Stop Chasing Passions, Chase Markets: Passion doesn‘t pay bills. Find a high-demand, high-paying industry and master it. Being the best is what makes you love the job. 2. Skills > Degrees: Your diploma gets you in the door; your skill set keeps you in the room. Never stop building ”monetizable“ talents. 3. Confidence is a Currency: Being ”nice“ and ”humble“ makes you invisible. Results get you noticed, but confidence gets you paid. 4. Network Before You Need It: Your net worth is tied to your network. Build bridges while you’re winning, not when you’re desperate. 5. Early Risks, High Rewards: Take the big leaps in your 20s. The older you get, the more ”safe“ you’ll play, and ”safe“ rarely leads to wealth. 6. The ”Selfish“ Phase: It’s okay to be obsessed with your growth and your bank account right now. You can’t be generous with an empty pocket. Fill yours first. #study #school #student

After 12+ years in recruiting, I can usually tell in 10 minutes who’s getting the offer. Top candidates consistently do these 5 things differently: 1️⃣ They come prepared for the person. They know the interviewer’s name. They’ve looked them up on LinkedIn. They understand how that role connects to the team. Opening with, “I saw you moved from engineering into product. I’d love to hear how that shaped this team.” That’s signal. 2️⃣ They treat it like a conversation. They engage. They build on answers. They don’t sit back and wait. Hiring managers remember how you made them feel. 3️⃣ They ask clarifying questions. “Are you looking for a leadership example or a cross-functional one?” “Is this about speed or long-term impact?” Five seconds of clarity can turn a good answer into a great one. 4️⃣ They use CARL, not vague storytelling. Context. Action. Result. Learning. That last piece separates strong candidates. Companies want learn-it-alls. 5️⃣ Their best questions come from the interview itself. Not something Googled. Something you heard. “You mentioned stakeholder alignment was tough last quarter. What shifted?” Now you’re memorable. And your thank-you note writes itself. Most people think interviews are about saying the right things. They’re about signaling the right behaviors. If you want to become the candidate hiring managers remember… DM me OFFER. And send this to someone interviewing this week. #jobsearch #interviewtips #careergrowth #midcareer #hiring

🎓 I failed university. Got extremely average grades. And yet, I was still able to build a career I’m proud of. 3 years into corporate life, here are the 3 lessons I wish I knew earlier: 1. Your network will take you further than your GPA ever will I failed subjects. My transcript was a mess. But the thing that changed my career? Relationships. I showed up. I asked questions. I followed up. I connected with people who were doing things I admired — and I learned from them. Your degree might get you in the door, but your network will keep opening new ones. Don’t underestimate the power of being a good person who shows up consistently. 2. “Work-life balance” is a myth — build a life you don’t need to escape from If you live for the weekend, you’ll burn out fast. The key isn’t balance — it’s alignment. Find joy in your daily routine. Lift before work. Go for a walk at lunch. Grab dinner with friends on a Tuesday. When you enjoy your weekdays, your whole life changes. 3. If you’re not learning, you’re falling behind Comfort feels good — but it doesn’t grow you. If you haven’t learnt something new in months, it’s time to: – Ask for more responsibility – Get on a different project – Or move firms altogether Early in your career is when you grow the fastest. Don’t waste that window by playing it safe. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just stay curious, stay connected, and don’t settle for average. You’ve got this. #careeradvice #finance #big4 #network #fypシ #explorepage✨ #motivation #motivation

When I felt stuck in my corporate career, I thought I needed to overhaul everything. (You might have been there too.) I kept asking, “What’s wrong with me?” But the truth was, it wasn’t me — it was the foundation I was standing on. I realised there are five pillars every career rests on, and if one’s shaky, it throws everything off: 1. Credibility Are you being taken seriously? ↳ Show your expertise, consistently. 2. Visibility Do people know what you deliver? ↳ If not, start talking about it. 3. Profitability Are your skills earning what you deserve? ↳ If not, renegotiate or upskill. 4. Agility Can you pivot quickly? ↳ Lean into adaptability — it’s a superpower. 5. Curiosity Are you still hungry to learn? ↳ Growth starts with curiosity. I looked at my own pillars, found where the cracks were, and started rebuilding one at a time. When I did, I didn’t feel so stuck anymore — and you won’t be either. Find the shaky pillar, focus your energy, and watch how quickly the foundation steadies. P.S. Which pillar feels shaky for you right now? When I felt stuck, it was curiosity — I had stopped learning. What about you? #careergrowth #growth #careerdevelopment #career #visibility #confidence
