In my opinion, good choreographers & dancers force you to hear music differently than you would if you were just listening to the song in your car. A choreographer’s musicality can only be as effective as the dancers ability to execute it. That’s where your job as a TEACHER comes in! You are responsible for breaking it down in ways that your students can comprehend and understand it.
