Washington State Trooper Christopher Gadd was killed instantly in the 2024 accident. The illegal's attorney says the illegal did not commit a crime. The illegal had a history of traffic violations and a 2019 domestic violence charge. He should not even be in the country. He was found guilty and sentenced to only 10 years in prison for killing the state trooper. This is the Democrat Party's version of America.

The case has drawn national attention due to the defense’s claims and the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash.

Trooper Christopher Gadd, 27, tragically lost his life around 3am Saturday along Interstate 5 as he patrolled the road for reckless drivers. Raul Benitez Santana, 33, crashed his SUV into Gadd's patrol car as he veered into the shoulder while speeding, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office. An ICE official confirmed the suspect is from Mexico and unlawfully entered the U.S. on an unknown date. He also has a lengthy criminal record in Washington.
