MK-Ultra was the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) program, that focused on research and experimentation with mind-controlling techniques program. According to author Kris Hollington, Gottlieb had expertise in poisons and toxins. As a result, he gained the nicknames “Dirty Trickster” and “Black Sorcerer”.
