CLEAN-O-PATRA HIT SO HARD I FORGOT HOW TO JERK 😭😭😭 Guys I can’t tell you how many times I have missed and clarked 85kg - and today I finally did it 🥲 Also I weighed in too heavy oops 😅 but now I’ve qualified for the English in two categories which is just insane to me - I thought I started this sport too late to get to national level 🥹 Also I cannot tell you how grumpy I have been the past few weeks so much that I didn’t even want to compete! The ups and downs of lifting can be uplifting or demoralizing. Since this lift, I have clarked hang clean attempts at 150kg and missed 3 clean&jerks on the jerk at 180kg in the same day. That is the sport. It is hard, but I can say I am trending up and look forward to competing next month.
