On a given day we usually have between 5-15 video projects being worked on. Clickup is where we keep track and manage all of our social media, youtube, course, and advertising content. For us and our clients. 2️⃣ Frame.io Frame is where we specifically view and leave feedback on our videos before posting. It’s a super easy to use tool where we can leave timestamped feedback for our creative team. 3️⃣ WaveApps This was probably one of the first “big boy” apps I used when I first started my video career. Waveapps handles all of my accounting and invoices when it comes to clients. Especially when I started working exclusively on retainer with clients, the recurring invoice feature is super helpful! Feels like direct deposit every month 🤑💸 4️⃣ Adobe This is where we handle all of our creative work. Premiere pro for video, lightroom for photo editing, and photoshop for graphic design. Not to mention their amazing AI tools as well. 5️⃣ Slack One easy place for all of our team communication. What do ClickUp Subfolders actually look like inside ClickUp 4.0? Pretty much exactly what you would expect. Instead of going straight from a folder to a list, you can now add subfolders in between. Each one has its own overview screen just like a parent folder, and it can be fully customized as part of your workspace templates. This is especially useful for teams managing clients with multiple projects or contracts. For example: Space ➡️ Client Folder ➡️ Subfolders for each contract or project ➡️ Lists A simple change that makes client work, reporting, and project organization much easier to manage.
