Cloud seeding is a real thing. It’s not a theory. This is a CEO of a weather-modification company calmly explaining how rain and snow are intentionally created by humans using silver iodide, classified as a hazardous chemical. Cloud seeding is a weather modification technique where particles - most commonly silver iodide - are released into clouds, usually by airplanes or ground-based generators, to influence how much rain or snow falls, etc.. In very simple terms: they add particles to clouds to change how those clouds behave. Here’s the basic mechanism: Some clouds are full of water droplets that are too small and light to fall. When these particles are introduced, they act like “seeds,” giving moisture something to attach to. Those droplets or ice crystals grow heavier and eventually fall as rain or snow.
