It’s rich it’s luxurious and INCREDIBLY delicious. You can enjoy it with or without the milk but the key to making it taste creamy is making sure you whisk that egg and sugar together for at least 5 minutes or until it looks like a light thick cream 🤤. Here’s a Vietnamese egg coffee recipe because I couldn’t get enough of that creamy egg foam after my Vietnam trip. Who else loves this drink? Egg Coffee (Cà Phê Trứng) Recipe: 1. Separate 2 large egg yolks. 2. Add 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk or substitute with sugar. 3. Blend until light, airy and pale yellow 4. Enjoy hot or iced! Top the egg foam over freshly brewed Vietnamese coffee or dark roast coffee with a dusting of cocoa powder.
