My family took me to see Cold Chisel tonight, I saw them live at The Family Inn at Rydalmere when I was in year 12. I followed them, I was there for the Last Stand. When Jimmy came out tonight I was thinking god he looks so old and fat. But then he started singing, and he got younger and he lost weight. He sounded just like I remembered him. Ian Moss was amazing on guitar and vocals, I love his caricature like gnarly face. He’s so handsome. Don Walker played the piano like I remember, and he still has great hair. The concert was frenetic and non stop, they played all my favourites plus some others that should be favourites too. Jimmys voice was amazing and it just got better and better. Ian Moss is an incredible guitarist, I’d forgotten just how good he is. I loved it, my family loved it too.
