NEW Instagram tool similar to “crossposting” on Facebook - but now on IG! What does it mean to “invite a collaborator?” Here’s a little tutorial! Thanks @mauivideoandmarketing for putting it on my radar! I’ve been testing it out over the last week. I would say it’s more effective when you invite a collaborator and they accept right away. Since the algorithm really wanes for everything (except reels) after the first 24 hours. My advice would be that if the collaborator is someone else (and not simply one of your other accounts) - give them a heads up that it will post on their main feed. After the 24 hour period is up, that’s when I would recommend you “stop sharing” (if they want to remove it from the main feed) and just so you know, that doesn’t delete the content, it just removes it from the collaborators feed. Happy to answer any questions you might have about this.
