🎵 Song: amber's embrace 🎵 First I waited a year, then I waited another 24 hours... 100% worth it! 😳 . Here's my new baby, a custom build @collingsguitars single-O 12-fret, and I can not believe the sound that comes out of this beauty. This is the first custom build I ever did, and I gotta say that I was a bit scared. You never know exactly how it turns out. But it felt absolutely perfect the second I picked it up, and I know I made all the right choices. I just couldn't find a guitar with the right specs: traditional build, slotted headstock, 12 fret, the right string spacing paired with a killer big tone for the single O body shape. But this is all that, and more. . There's a whole story to this guitar, and why it is the way it is, but let me say that Collings did a phenomenal job and I don't think I've ever seen a prettier guitar in real life. I feel very privileged to be able to play this instrument, and it is more than what I envisioned it to be. I will keep preaching this as long as I live because I know how important it is to progressing as a guitar player. You HAVE to learn the 5 chord inversions. Period. End of story!
