How I create my comics - Part 1 ✍️ With Chapter 2 of my comic underway I thought I would revive this series as a reminder on the process I follow to create my comic. My comic process all starts with loose ideas in my notes and bits of dialogue, locations, or rough concepts. Sometimes you can have a random idea on a train and it’s good to write it down straight away! 🚂 Those ideas then get shaped into a proper script using the app Scrivener which helps me organise everything and keep visual references in one place. Once the script’s locked in, I start thumbnailing pages - nothing polished yet, just exploring layouts.
