@loopcommunity @multitracks are great platforms if you are using backing tracks in your worship services. I have bought tracks from both sites and had good experiences with both. Backing tracks are a great way to add consistency to your worship services. My church @trinityfellowship uses these every weekend at all 6 campuses. I’ve also helped tons of other churches add backing tracks to their services with tons of success. Does running tracks to supplement that lack of live instrumentation ruin your ability to lead worship? We didn’t have live electric guitars, live acoustic guitar, or live piano (until our WL stepped in to play on short notice) - but we did have live drums, bass, and vocals. Not one person in the congregation complained and throughout the service there were multiple hands raised. Leading your people in worship doesn’t require tracks or a metronome, but using those tools cannot hinder your ability to lead unless you CHOOSE to let it do so. Your ability as a worship leader to lead your people, even when check marks in PCO aren’t green, is more important than what tracks you do or don’t use.
