Hal ini disebut “illusion of competence”, otak merasa sudah “menguasai” materi hanya karena sudah menyimpan gambarnya, padahal sebenarnya belum ada proses memahami. Menurut penelitian, menulis ulang atau menjelaskan ulang pelajaran jauh lebih efektif daripada hanya memotret. Saat kita mengetik atau menulis catatan, otak melakukan proses informasi ke memori jangka panjang. Studi dari Princeton University menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang menulis catatan dengan tangan lebih mampu menjawab pertanyaan konseptual dibanding yang hanya mengetik atau menyimpan salinan materi.

And goodnight shrimps, this little snippet is from a very good animated movie , called “everybody rides the carousel” it came out in 1976, this scene is one that’s floated around before on the internet , but it is based around the the theory of 8 stages of psychosocial development from birth to death , the stages are trust vs mistrust , (infancy) autonomy vs shame and doubt (toddlerhood) initiative vs guilt , (young childhood) competence vs inferiority (middle childhood) identity vs role confusion (teenagehood) intimacy vs isolation (young adulthood) generativity (meaning a concern for and commitment to the well being of future generations) vs stagnation (parenthood) and integrity vs despair (elderhood) This is all based off of eriksons stages of psychosocial development the theory was in collaboration with Joan Erickson , Erickson his first book called “childhood and society was made in 1950, and you get the idea of why this movie is called everybody rides the carousel, the theory basically is that everyone goes through these stages For example, if an infant enters into the toddler stage (autonomy vs. shame and doubt) with more trust than mistrust, they carry the virtue of hope into the remaining life stages. The voice acting in this movie is some of the most natural voice acting I’ve ever heard and no animated movie has ever made me feel the way this movie has made me feel, you can watch it I believe in it’s entirety on YouTube -light

👷🏽‍♂️ When someone consistently does good work, they build a reputation for reliability and competence. Managers naturally turn to them when important tasks arise, knowing the job will get done well and on time. This trust often leads to more responsibilities being handed to the same person. However, this can become a double-edged sword. Instead of recognition or relief, high performers may find themselves overloaded while others are given less demanding tasks.
