I believe that Leaders can be developed and that this is not an inherent capability that one needs to be born with. However this new leadership paradigm calls for two new competencies, in my opinion. 1) Humility - stepping out of self orientation and into "us orientation." Embracing, with humility, each moment as an opportunity to co create through two way collaborative efforts. 2) Willingness - to flip the Script.
