This conditioning workout felt sooo good! 🔥 You can adjust the intensity to match your fitness level—modify as needed or push yourself to go harder! Conditioning Workout 1️⃣ Run – 2 minutes and 30 seconds at a medium-intensity pace. 2️⃣ Strength Circuit (complete immediately after your run): • 16-20 Weighted Step-Ups Modify: Reduce reps or skip the weights. • 10-12 Bench Dips Modify: Bend your knees for support. • 10-15 Incline Push-Ups Challenge: Go to failure. Modify: Use a higher incline. • 10 Superman + Pull Downs • 20 Goblet Squats (forgot to film this one!) Modify: Do air squats. • 12 Bear Plank Dumbbell Pull-Throughs Modify: Hold a bear plank for 20-30 seconds. • 5 Lying Knee Lifts (each side) w/ TVA Breaths Modify: Do side-lying clamshells. Challenge: Hold the knee lift for 3 seconds, then lower as slowly as possible. 🔁 Repeat 3-4x and aim to run at least 1 mile in total! Let me know if you try it!
