Crispy pasta salad you’ll want to make on repeat 🤍🥗 Ingredients Salad: • 200g pasta (I used farfalle) • lettuce • cucumber • red onion • parsley Sauce: • 3 tbsp yogurt • 3 tbsp mayonnaise • 1 tbsp mustard • 4 garlic cloves, grated • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tbsp olive oil • Salt & pepper to taste • 2 tbsp grated parmesan 1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. 2. Drain the pasta and let it sit for a few minutes so the steam evaporates. 3. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). 4. Spread the cooked pasta on a baking tray, drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika 5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the pasta becomes golden and crispy. 6. While the pasta bakes, chop the lettuce, cucumber, red onion and parsley and place them in a large bowl. 7. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy. 8. Add the crispy pasta to the salad bowl. 9. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together. 10. Finish with a little extra parmesan on top and serve immediately while the pasta is still crunchy. #crispypasta #easyrecipes #foodidea #cookingidea #pastasalad
