Şerbeti için 1 su bardağı tozşeker 1 su bardağı su . Üzerine süslemek için Çikolata Ve Antep fıtığı . Yapılışı Öncelikle şerbeti hazırlayalım tozşekeri ve suyu katıp karıştırıp ocağa alın kaynadıktan 4 dakika sonra altını kapatın ve kenara soğumaya alın , bir karıştırma kabına tereyağı sıvıyağı yumurta pudra şekeri vanilyayı kakaoyu katıp karıştırın sonra unu ve kabartma tozununda ekleyip yoğurun ve yağlı kağıt serilmiş fırın tesisine yuvarlak ceviz büyüklüğünde yapıp koyalım ve ısıtılmış 180 derece fırında 15 dakika pişirip çıkartın bir kac dakika sonra soğuyan şerbetin içine tek tek koyup çıkarın hepsi bitince üzerine az eritilmiş çikolat ve Antep fıstığı ile süsleyin Afyetolsun . #brownie #browniekurabiye #cookis #tatlı #keşfetteyiz #cake #backen #kek

Tap the link in my bio if you are interested in our biscuit cutters PART1. Cookie Base Butter 100g Icing sugar 75g Egg liquid 40g Cake flour 150g Cocoa powder 10g Almond flour 30g PART2. Caramel Filling Granulated sugar 160g Water 70g Maltose syrup 32g Whipping cream 130g Butter 70g Sea salt 3g Vanilla paste 5g Steps: 1 Add the softened butter and powdered sugar into a container, and beat until light and fluffy. Gradually add the room temperature egg mixture in 2-3 batches, making sure to mix well after each addition. 2 Sift in the cake flour, cocoa powder, and almond flour, then use a spatula to fold the mixture into a dough.Place a sheet of parchment paper on top and roll the dough into a 4mm thick sheet. Freeze for 3 minutes to firm up. 3 Tear off the parchment paper, then use a rectangular mold to cut out cookie shapes. Place the cookies into the preheated oven and bake at 180°C(356°F) (top and bottom heat) for 15 minutes. Once baked, remove and let cool. 4 Now, let’s make the vanilla sea salt caramel filling: In a pot, add granulated sugar, water, and corn syrup. Heat over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Do not stir while heating.Once the syrup turns amber in color, remove from heat and slowly add the preheated heavy cream, stirring quickly to combine. 5 Reheat the mixture and bring the temperature up to 131°C. Remove from heat, then add butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until smooth. Once it cools down, pour the caramel into a mold and smooth the surface with a spatula. 6 After it has cooled, unmold and cut into long strips along the grid lines. Place a strip on top of each cookie, then cover with another cookie and gently press. Saftige Cookies🥛🍫 Tarif: 350gr un 2 yumurta Yarim paket kabartma tozu Cay ucuyla karbonat 1 yk nisasta Fiske tuz 200gr yumusak tereyag 130gr esmer seker 100gr normal seker 1pk vanilya Damla Cikolata Antep fistigi Beyaz cikolata Findik Zubereitung: Tereyag ve seker rengi acilana kadar cirp. Yumurta ve vanilya ekle karistir. Un, nisasta, kabartma tozu, karbonat ekle. Hamuru ikiye böl. Bir hamura antep fistigi ve sütlü cikolata ekle. Diger hamura beyaz cikolata ve findik ekle. Dondurma kasigiyla hamurdan alip toplar yap, hafif bastir. Aralarinda yer kalacak sekilde firin tepsisine diz. 1 saat buzdolabinda dinlendirdikten sonra 170 derece alt üst ayarda yaklasik 15-17 dakika pisirin. Pisirdikten sonra isterseniz bardakla seklini biraz düzeltin. Hafif soguduktan sonra: Pistazien Cookies icin: Biraz kadayif ve antep fistigi kremasini karistirip üstüne ekle. Findik Cookies icin: Findik kremasini bir sıkma torbasina doldurup üstüne sik ve süsle. Afiyet olsun 🤍🍪 Rezept: 350 g Mehl 2 Eier ½ Packung Backpulver Eine Prise Natron 1 EL Speisestärke Prise Salz 200 g weiche Butter 130 g brauner Zucker 100 g normaler Zucker 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker Schokodrops Pistazien Weiße Schokolade Haselnüsse Zubereitung: Butter und Zucker schlagen, bis die Masse heller wird. Eier und Vanillezucker dazugeben und mischen. Mehl, Speisestärke, Backpulver und Natron dazugeben. Den Teig in zwei Hälften teilen. In eine Hälfte Pistazien und Vollmilchschokolade geben. In die andere Hälfte weiße Schokolade und Haselnüsse geben. Mit einem Eisportionierer Teig nehmen, Kugeln formen und leicht flach drücken. Mit Abstand auf ein Backblech legen. 1 Stunde im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen und danach bei 170 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 15-17 Minuten backen. Nach dem leichten Abkühlen: Für die Pistazien-Cookies: Etwas Kadayif mit Pistaziencreme mischen und oben drauf geben.
