Você sabia que o nome Corinthians tem origem inglesa? Em 1910, um time inglês chamado Corinthian Football Club (que depois virou Corinthian-Casuals) veio ao Brasil e encantou São Paulo com seu futebol de fair play — tanto que inspirou os operários que fundaram o clube aqui, batizando-o como Sport Club Corinthians Paulista.  Esses trabalhadores queriam um clube do povo, feito pelo povo, diferente do futebol elitista da época — e assim nasceu o Time do Povo.  ⚓️ E o escudo com âncora, remos e boia? Eles foram incorporados em 1939 pelo artista Francisco Rebolo em homenagem à fase poliesportiva do clube, especialmente o remo e os esportes aquáticos que o Corinthians praticava no início do século XX.  🚺 E tem mais! 60 seconds of stress relief and nature based nervous system regulation underscored by @windriverchimes 🌴 I just hung my Corinthian bells in my new home, and it feels so good- like I’m finally home, now that I have these familiar tones singing in my warmer winds. 🌴 I hung them from my favorite tree, and after they started singing thought I’d take a quick restorative break with my new singing tree 🎶 🌴 Some tips for a nature based stress relief moment: - shoes off, if possible - align your spine with the tree (or wrap your arms around it if that feels better) - imagine the xylem and phloem running up and down the tree. Then visualize the blood in your veins. Drop in. - take a few deep breaths and when you exhale, imagine plugging into the trees roots - breathe (and ideally listen to your soothing chimes!) - greet and release your thoughts without judgement - turn your face to the sun and 😊 - extra credit if you ask the tree what you need to know about whatever is bringing you stress right now (then just breathe and see what comes in) 🌴 PS: if you’ve been envious of my @windriverchimes they are having one of their biggest sales right now!
