When a lender is assessing a mortgage application they look at an applicants ability to repay and credit worthiness.   The first thing a bank will do is a credit check. This will show any existing or prior credit facilities in place over an amount of €500 and whether there was any issues with the repayment under agreed terms. If there are missed payments or a write off on a loan or revocation of a credit card then it is likely that the mortgage application will be declined unless there is a very strong explanation to support it.   The key to a successful application is to ensure that your account operation is in good order and that you can prove the mortgage is affordable.   Car loans, personal or education loans are all commonplace and for most people a part of life, they will be assessed as part of a mortgage application as a commitment.   Overdrawn accounts, a reliance on a credit card facility being met with minimum repayments or a reliance on short term rolling debt is not viewed as a positive.   You can run your own credit report to see what is included - google central credit register and apply for a free report. Plyometrics should be a staple in goalie training. Explosive power, tendon strengthening, coordination, endurance, the ability to be powerful in various positions on the ice… They’re the ticket to youth as well. I believe everyone should be incorporating plyometrics at their own level. Credit to Matt McInnes Watson for the terms and providing a great education in plyometrics. I usually do them twice a week, including all the variations in this video. I built up the volume over months, and I’ve been doing them regularly for almost 3 years. Plus I had a background in them before, just stopped doing them for a while. For you - start slow, do them early on in a workout, and give yourself months to see progress.
