nutella crepes !! 🍫 🥞 recipe: ingredients 1 cup all-purpose flour (125 g) 1 tbsp sugar (12 g) ¼ tsp salt (1.5 g) 1½ cups milk (360 g) 2 large eggs (100 g) 3 tbsp melted butter (42 g) 1 tsp vanilla (5 g) instructions whisk flour, sugar, and salt. add milk and whisk smooth. add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla and whisk until very thin and lump-free. let the batter rest 20–30 minutes. ( strain if your batter is lumpy ) heat a nonstick pan over medium-low and lightly butter it. pour about ¼ cup batter in and immediately swirl the pan so it spreads thin. cook about 45–60 seconds until the edges lift and the bottom is pale golden. flip and cook another 20–30 seconds. they should stay soft and light, not crispy. fold the sides in slightly & spread nutella while warm, roll them up & enjoy! #nutella #crepes #Recipe #baking

Kinder bueno crepe rolls 🍫❤️ For ALL of you asking - the app link for Osta is in my bio or you can search ‘Osta Recipes’ on the App Store or Google play store 🫶🏻🤍 Ingredients: • 1 room temperature egg • 5ml vanilla extract • 105g water • 220g room temperature whole milk • 40g melted unsalted butter • 20g granulated sugar • 125g all purpose flour • 1/2 tsp salt • 9-10 Kinder Riegel chocolate sticks Instructions: 1. In a blender, blend the egg, vanilla, water, milk, melted butter, and sugar. 2. Add the all purpose flour and salt. Blend until smooth 3. Strain the mixture through a mesh sieve to eliminate the lumps. 4. In a pre-heated 6” round pan over medium low heat, add 1/4 cup of the batter and quickly swirl the pan around for even coverage. 5. Cook the crepe on both sides until golden. 6. Repeat the process with the rest of the batter. 7. Allow to cool slightly and keep the crepes covered with a kitchen towel to keep them soft and moist. 8 Fold the sides of the crepe inward. Add the chocolate stick to the centre. Roll tightly. 9.
