Happy Mother's Day❣️🥰🥹 Mother's Day par ek special treat! Ek bowl mein lein ¼ cup milk, 2 tsp curd, 2 tsp refined oil, ½ tsp vanilla essence. Ab add karein ½ cup wheat flour, ¼ cup powdered sugar, 2 tsp cocoa powder, ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, aur ek pinch namak. Zarurat ho toh thoda aur milk daalein. Batter ko pan mein daalein, halka oil lagake, dhak kar 15 minutes tak medium flame par bake karein. Cake thanda karne ke baad square shape mein cut karein. Ek container lein – sabse neeche chocolate cake layer, beech mein butterscotch ice cream, phir ek aur chocolate cake layer. Cake ko 5-6 ghante ke liye freezer mein set hone dein. Ab banaayein ganache – thoda chocolate aur garam doodh melt karke. Set cake ko bahar nikalein, upar se chocolate ganache daalein. Chocolate se likhein "Maa" ya "Happy Mother's Day". I made four batches of these babies and they were dusted by everyone within one hour. SO GOOD. Best cookies and cream cookies you’ll ever eat. INGREDIENTS * 20-30 Oreos, chopped * 1 bar of herseys cookies and cream chocolate (smashed) * 2 ½ cup All-Purpose Flour * 1 ½ cup Cake Flour * 2 tsp. cornstarch * 1 tsp. baking soda * 1 tsp. baking powder * 1 tsp. salt * 8 tbsp. unsalted butter * 1 cup brown sugar * ½ cup sugar * 2 large eggs * 2 egg yolks * 2 tsp. vanilla bean paste OR extract INSTRUCTIONS * Preheat your oven to 375°f * Whisk the dry ingredients — flour, cake flour, corn starch, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. * Mix your butter, sugar and brown sugar in a standing mixer if you have one. mix for about 5-6 minutes until light and fluffy. * Add the eggs, egg yolk, and vanilla. * Gradually add in the dry ingredients that you set aside. * Add in the Oreos and herseys cookies and creme. * Shape dough into cookie size of your choosing then bake for 10-12 minutes. * Enjoy! #cookies #cookiesncream #halloweencookies

Preheat oven to 180 C and prepare a baking tray by dusting with flour. 2. In a large bowl, add the Cake Flour, Custard Powder and Icing sugar. Whisk these ingredients until combined. 3. Add the Butter and Vanilla Essence to the bowl and mix into a soft dough, allow the dough to rest for 15 minutes before shaping. 4. Shape dough into balls of about 1 tablespoon, then press using a floured fork to make the indents. 5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from the oven and allow to rest until cool.
