Not a master, but making progress. From 16-22 I worked multiple jobs and would invest any spare income into index funds. At 22 I had 100k of savings/index funds to my name and pivoted into the property space, buying my first investment. From 22-25 (today), I have purchased 3 more investments resulting in a networth of $781,000 to date.
