the moment you realize you have free will to paint anything you want and make it into a prints is the moment you walls will be filled of your art 🤭✨ printing can be a pain but when you find the right printer, paper, and software, it’s so worth printing from home !! heres what i use 👇🏼👇🏼 paper: red river fine art papers & hahnmuele (these cotton papers have been the best for me so far !!) printer: canon pixma ts6320 software: i print directly from photoshop using RGB!! If you’ve been wanting to make art prints, I want to share a new discovery! After a little hiatus I am ready to start selling prints again, especially since it’s such an easy way to monetize art you’ve already created. I was looking for a new printer and was asking all of my friends for recs but couldn’t find anything. I was ready to give up when, serendipitously, @lumaprints reached out. Initially I ignored their email (sorry guys!), but eventually, out of desperation, gave them a try. And I LOVE how everything turned out. They have several paper and framing options, shared in the video. My favourite was the Velvet paper. I was gifted these samples, but have already decided that I’ll be using their service moving forward for any future events. In fact, I loved the prints so much I asked to collab with them for this video haha, I just want more people to know about them! If you’ve been on the hunt for a new printer, I hope you might give them a try! And let me know if you have any questions on my thoughts! Lastly, they also offer print-on-demand integration with a number of sites… including Squarespace which is what I use for my portfolio. I’ve always hated shipping/fulfillment but also know that NOT having an online store is leaving money on the table lol.
