How to study 12 hours daily as a lazy student 12 hrs study is not easy but I’m giving you a routine that will change your life. 8:00am : wake up 8:00 to 9:00 : shower + exercise + breakfast 9:00 to 12:00 : study 1 12:00 to 2:00 : lunch and nap 2:00 to 6:00 : study 2 6:00 to 8:00 : scroll, friends, evening walk, dinner 8:00 to 11:00 : study 3 11:00 to 11:30 : break 11:30 to 1:30 : study 4 1:45 : sleep This routine is best for lazy students because there is 2 hrs of break in every study session. Tips: 1. When you start your study session, make sure you completely avoid cozy areas and your mobile phones. 2. Natural light is very important, so try to study in natural light. 3. When you take 2 hrs of break, you can sleep for some time to relax your mind. 4. You can also take a break for 2 to 5 minutes in between study sessions. 5. To make these long study hours easier, I use Oreate AI to turn my lectures into podcasts and flashcards, summarize notes instantly, and generate study outlines — so I spend more time focusing and less time organizing. 6. Constantly think about your goals.

I don’t like long study sessions because it’s quite physically-exhausting. So when I really have to do it, I make sure it’s super productive! 🎯Goal setting: Break down your material into manageable chunks and schedule study sessions for each. Be realistic about how much time you’ll need for each topic. 🍅Pomodoro Technique: I prefer 50/10. Basically, study for 50 mins then get a 10-min break and repeat. 🌧️Ambient Sounds: Rain sounds is my fav! It provides a calming and natural white noise that masks distractions without being distracting itself. 💧Hydration: When you’re dehydrated, your brain function slows down. Keep a reusable water bottle at your desk and take regular sips throughout your study session. 👯Company: Find a dedicated study buddy who shares your goals and can maintain focus during the sessions. Okay first… I didn’t suddenly become a topper overnight 😌 I was just tired of staring at the same book for 3 hours and still feeling guilty. So I changed the way I study. Instead of reading everything line by line like a “perfect student” 🥲 I started reading like a “smart student” 🧠✨ I gave each chapter 10 minutes ⏱️ Timer on. Phone away. Airplane mode. No excuses. 🚫📱 In those 10 minutes I only: Read headings 📝 Understood the main idea 💡 Checked diagrams & flowcharts 📊 Noticed important terms ⭐ Looked at PYQs 👀 That’s it. No over-highlighting 🎨 No re-reading the same line 5 times 😭 No trying to be perfect. After 10 minutes, I closed the book and asked myself: “Okay… what was this chapter actually about?” 🤔 If I could explain it in simple words — done ✅ If not — 2-minute quick revision 🔁 And then I moved on. Here’s the honest truth 💭 You can’t memorize 5 chapters in one hour. But you can: ✔ Remove the fear ✔ Understand the basics ✔ Build a strong base for revision And sometimes… that’s the real win 🥹✨ Because once fear is gone, studying feels lighter.
