Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies Minggu lalu, David diminta bawa healthy snack ke sekolah utk makan bersama teman-teman. Salah satu snack kesukaan David ya Chocolate Chip Cookies, jadi saya coba mencari versi sehat nya. David suka loh, di kelas dia makan 1 buah dan sampai di rumah minta 1 lagi. Jadi walau versi sehat tapi dia suka juga. Saya pun juga suka banget loh. Kalau sahabat CWS suka Oatmeal Cookies, pasti akan suka resep ini. Saya adaptasi resep asli nya yah. Saya kurangi gulanya dan sy skip penambahan kacang. Yuk mari dicoba… Semoga jadi pilihan snack lebih sehat utk anak-anak. Recipe from @chocolatecoveredkatie Bahan: Bahan kering (dry ingredients): 1 cup Tepung Oat (beli online) 1/2 sdt soda kue 1/4 sdt garam 4 sdm gula Jawa bubuk (palm sugar) 2 sdm gula pasir 1/3 cup chocolate chip Bahan basah (wet ingredients): 1 sdt vanilla extract 2 sdm coconut oil/minyak kelapa 2 sdm susu UHT putih, bisa ditambah bila adonan terlalu kering Cara Membuat: - Panaskan oven pada suhu 190oC. - Aduk rata semua bahan kering. - Aduk rata semua bahan basah. - Aduk rata kedua bahan menjadi satu. Sampai teksturnya seperti playdoh. - Ambil 1 sdm adonan dan bentuk bola. Susun di atas loyang dan tekan atasnya hingga agak pipih. Lakukan hingga adonan habis. - Panggang selama 9 menit dan biarkan dingin pada suhu ruangan selama 10 menit. - Sajikan hangat. Boleh disimpan dalam toples tertutup, tahan 1 minggu.
