Anybody else forget it was the 1st of December today? 🫣 (I need to get the decs up ASAP!!!) That aside, it’s Super Sunday Reset time and we’re ready for a fresh week ahead. P.s - I’ve also made a free check list for getting the home ready for Christmas, hopefully the help with any of the anxiety the chaos may bring. Prepmas Week Five! 🎄
Here’s this week’s checklist: ✨ Decs up or at least make a start! I know it still feels a little early for some… but it’s only 35 sleeps now!
🤍 Start buying a few gifts
🎁 Pick up gift wrap, ribbons and tape
🍫 Begin stock-piling a few festive bits each week during the food shop (we’re hosting this year!) The only hard part is not eating any of it… 
✍️ The kids have started writing their lists - our cut-off for Santa is 10th December Prepmas is officially in full swing! 🎅🏼

Post holiday reset means we’re well and truly back to reality (😭)…on the plus side the countdown to Christmas has already begun!!! Now my house is cold and empty. I love Christmas decs. I need to get some more colour into the house. I need to start decorating some rooms asap

It’s the first Saturday Sort Out of 2026 🎉 Trees are coming down,last of the decs are being packed away, laundry is on the go and the drying station is permanently OUT OUT! This Weeks Organising Tip Is: Don’t have a dehumidifier? Dry your clothes in one room, space out your wet laundry, and let fresh air into the room for around 15 minutes at a time. This helps draw out moisture, speeds up drying and keeps your home feeling fresh! yes, even when it’s freezing. One more thing… don’t put clothes directly on radiators. It traps moisture in the fabric, can cause damp and condensation in the room, and isn’t great for your clothes or your heating bills. Anyway, Mr Lewis and I are off to get shizzle sorted this morning so we can earn our way back to lolloping on the sofa. 🛋️✨ Remember this song?
