What happens when a team gets honest about what shifted? I had the privilege of facilitating a Cohesive Team Dynamics workshop with LACOE Head Start and Early Learning Division working to strengthen how they show up for each other and the people they serve. We explored how trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results function as a system, not separate problems to fix. When one breaks down, everything above it weakens. We used live polling, a feedback round, and peer accountability exercises to surface the real conversations that had gone quiet. Trust isn’t built in a single workshop. It’s rebuilt in every meeting, every honest conversation, and every decision to put the team’s mission ahead of individual comfort. The real work starts now.
