Seat comfort is the real selling point, wide enough to never touch your neighbor, serious recline, impressive legroom. Delta edges out American on seat quality by a clear margin. The food situation on Delta is genuinely good, especially if you can get the Shake Shack collab on the menu. Eucalyptus hot towels before the meal are a nice touch that makes the whole thing feel different. Would I pay full price every time? No. Worth it when the price is right or points make it possible?
