AWS just completely changed the Free Tier for new accounts. ☁️ Instead of monthly limits, you now get up to $200 in credits. The biggest win? The new “Free Plan” prevents accidental billing by automatically closing the account when credits run out. However, you only have 6 months to use them, and your data is deleted once the account closes. It’s a great change for safety, but you have to be more intentional with your learning. Just 🧘♀️😮💨 and listen to me here’s what you gotta do 👩💻⚒️ 0. First you dont have to learn all of it honestly most of the companies uses max 15% of aws 1. Follow the exact procedure shown in the video and once you have picked a service learn a quick intro about it like what is the use of this service 2. Aws official documentation ans Aws console , search for this service and understand all the configurations you see on the console such as “what is visibility timeout in a sqs?” 3. Once you have done this let me know we will move to the next steps ✨ Comment AWS for the clickable links 🔗 @rizdev.in 🔥 (Aws , amazon web services, amazon) #softwaredeveloper #amazonwebservices #coding #aws

I used to make a lot of AWS launch content and I’ve really missed it. There are way too many launches to cover each one, so I’m trying something new: spotlighting my favourites! These three from February all replace workaround code developers have been writing for years: 1️⃣. Bedrock Structured Outputs Pass a JSON schema, the response will match it. Your try/catch and retry logic? Obsolete. 2️⃣. DynamoDB Cross-Account Replication Global tables now replicate across AWS accounts natively. Streams + Lambda replication? Built in now. Caveat: eventual consistency only, start from single-region table. 3️⃣. EC2 Nested Virtualization Docker Desktop, WSL2, Android emulators all work on standard EC2 instances now. One flag, no extra cost! I had a lot of fun with the animations and editing on this one. Which of these three is most relevant to what you’re building? Full details in the docs! 👩🏻💻 Follow me (@brooke.bytes ) for the latest tech launch updates for developers 📍 save + share! 🏷️ @amazonwebservices @awsdevelopers #AWS #AgenticAI #DevOps 🐈 This is a clear and conspicuous disclaimer that I am an AWS employee and all opinions are my own 🐈

If you think AWS is just “launch EC2 and chill” — you’re missing the real power. These 3 services quietly protect and scale real businesses: 🔐 AWS Secrets Manager Imagine you built a MERN app. Instead of hardcoding DB passwords in your code (risky 😬), you store them safely here. It rotates credentials automatically. No leaks. No panic. Just secure deployments. 🌉 AWS Direct Connect Your startup grows. Now you need a private, stable connection between your office data center and AWS. No public internet drama. Faster, more reliable performance for serious workloads. 📦 AWS Snowball Got 50TB data? Uploading would take forever. Snowball ships a physical device to you. Load data. Send it back. Massive migration made simple. Real builders use these. Not just tutorials. Save this. Future you will thank you. 🚀

There are only ~15-20 AWS services you actually need to know. Quick run down + a link to a sample first project to get you started. #aws #devops #coding #programming

Been crushing it and here’s how i would do it again ✨🚀 30-Day AWS Mastery Roadmap (Interview + Real World) 🚀 Week 1 – Core Foundations (Non-negotiable) IAM (least privilege, roles > users), VPC networking (CIDR, IGW vs NAT), EC2 + ALB + ASG, S3 fundamentals. 👉 Build: EC2 role → S3, 3-tier VPC, auto-healing setup, S3 static site. Week 2 – Databases & Messaging RDS vs DynamoDB, hot partitions, caching with Redis, SQS/SNS/EventBridge. 👉 Think failures, retries, DLQs, fan-out patterns. Week 3 – Serverless, Observability, Security Lambda beyond “hello world”, API Gateway, CloudWatch/X-Ray, KMS, secrets, WAF. 👉 Add alarms, traces, and cost awareness. Week 4 – Interview-Level AWS System design (URL shortener, chat, notifications), prod readiness (blue/green, canary), common AWS traps, mock interviews. Final check: If you can explain IAM role assumption, VPC routing, DynamoDB partitioning, SQS vs Kafka & cost optimizations — you’re ready. Save this. Build daily. AWS rewards depth, not shortcuts. 🔥☁️ Follow @rizdev.in for more ✨❤️ #softwaredeveloper #javaprogramming #coding #backenddeveloper #womenintech

Stop paying for idle servers at 3 AM. The Serverless approach on AWS is the cheat code for launching MVPs and handling spiky traffic without a DevOps team. Here is the breakdown of the stack: ✅ Frontend Host: AWS Amplify or S3 (Static hosting) ✅ Security: Amazon Cognito (Auth tokens) ✅ Front Door: API Gateway (Routing & throttling) ✅ Logic: AWS Lambda (Compute only when triggered) ✅ Database: DynamoDB (NoSQL that scales automatically) ✅ Storage: S3 (Direct uploads) Why choose this? It's about TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). You aren't just saving on server costs; You are saving the time it takes to patch OS updates and manage autoscaling groups. ⚠️ The Trade-off: It’s not magic. You need to be aware of Cold Starts (latency when a function wakes up) and Observability (debugging across distributed services can be tricky - use AWS X-Ray!). Ideal for: ✅ Event-driven applications ✅ Unpredictable/Spiky traffic ✅ Rapid prototyping Are you using Serverless yet?
