There are many different ways to perform an exercise. Each has its individual pros and cons. As for cable kickbacks, I named them in the order of my favorite to least favorite (for my body personally). In general, I prefer a diagonal kickback because I get a very good mind to muscle connection. This may not be the case for you, and that’s okay! Exercise isn’t a one size fits all type of thing. The best variation out there is going to be one that YOU will enjoy & continue to do each week. Consistency really matters. I prefer to end my workout with kickbacks and/or abductions. This 45° Kick Back is the best Gluteus Medius Bias. To get a nice and juicy Booty To do it simply lean slightly forward - rotate your foot 45° out and kick back with a slight diagonal angle (not straight backward as your regular kick back) Don't forget to save it to try it at the gym!
