There comes a moment in life when you realize you can’t keep living off of borrowed faith. Maybe you've realized your life is full of borrowed prayers, borrowed convictions, borrowed purpose, and borrowed peace. But this is the year God is calling you to secure your own walk with Him. Not your mama’s prayer life. Not your pastor’s conviction. Not your spouse’s relationship with God. Yours. 🙏🏾 Too many people are exhausted because they’re trying to live somebody else’s life, chase somebody else’s vision, or fulfill somebody else’s expectations. Some are even trying to make up for lost time by pushing their unfulfilled dreams onto their children, when God is saying, “I gave YOU purpose.” Stop waiting on people to clap for you. Stop waiting on validation, affirmation, or permission. There comes a season where you have to learn how to encourage yourself in the Lord. Because when you don’t know your own purpose, you’ll borrow someone else’s, and it will never fit. When you don’t have your own vision, you’ll copy someone else’s, and it will never bring peace. But there is freedom when you stop living off of someone else’s supply and start drawing from what God already placed inside of you. There is peace when you stop chasing approval and start walking in assignment. There is rest when you stop comparing and start committing to what God called you to do. When God is with you, no voice, no system, and no human opinion can stop what He has ordained. Your assignment is not to fear people — it’s to stay aligned with the One who called you. You can lose everything, start from nothing, or rebuild from the ashes, all the experience are leading for your future and God will still breathe life into the dream He placed inside you. You’re not waiting on Him… He’s been waiting on you to return, reconnect, and rebuild with Him. Your past, your background, your losses — none of it disqualifies you. God has always used imperfect people to carry out perfect plans.. So Starting from nothing or beginning again after a total loss is not a disadvantage; it is an invitation to build with the ultimate Architect. You might feel a lack of earthly support, but that isolation is often a filter to ensure your legacy remains untainted by human ego. God is not waiting on the world to validate you; He is waiting for you to recognize that His presence is the only majority you require. Like Elisha’s servant whose eyes were opened to see the mountain full of horses and chariots of fire, you must perceive that the spiritual army surrounding you far outnumbers any opposition you face. Alignment with your purpose turns every effort into lasting value. When you maintain a daily, honest relationship with the Father—free from the weight of religious shame—He begins the work of refining your character and healing your trauma. You are not a "sinner" to Him; you are a child being restored to wholeness. Talk to Him daily, speak the truth, and allow His guidance to turn your life into gold that never tarnishes. If you stay in obedience to His order, everything you touch will eventually reflect His glory. Your background or past failures cannot disqualify a dream that God Himself placed in your heart. Trust the process of building from the ground up, because what He establishes is unbreakable. When something is built by God, it isn’t sustained by opinions. Never be moved by noise; be anchored in obedience. Those who recognize God’s hand will understand. Those who don’t, love them anyway. But what God builds… stands.

God will place something in your heart that’s sacred. An idea. A calling. A direction. But be careful who you speak it to. Because not every heart celebrates what God planted in yours. Some will doubt it. Some will question it. And some will secretly envy it. The Bible says: “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?” — Jeremiah 17:9 Discernment is not pride. Silence is not fear. Sometimes wisdom looks like moving in quiet until God reveals who can walk with you. Even Joseph shared his dream too early… and it cost him. But what God ordains, no man can cancel. Guard the vision. Pray over it. Move when God says move.

Every time we say “I am sick,” “I am broke,” “I am lonely,” we’re not just talking, we’re agreeing. And whatever you agree with, you give permission to walk beside you. Today, we cancel every agreement that doesn’t line up with the Word of God. No more partnering with fear, lack, sickness, or defeat. He will lead the way and take care of the rest when you’re fully in alignment with the who + where. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you (Matthew 6:33). Jesus called men like St Peter to leave their old lives behind, no matter the cost. With full faith. And gave them a new identity in the process. Only through that blind faith (before they were “ready”) were they able to step into their call of becoming fishers of men on the other side.
