Dumb Dinners, Episode 23: Lazy Meatball Lasagna What you’ll need: 1 jar marinara sauce (24–25 oz) 1¼ cups water 8–10 oven-ready lasagna noodles, broken into pieces 1 cup whole milk ricotta 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella, divided 20–25 frozen fully cooked meatballs (½ oz) 1 cup frozen chopped spinach 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp garlic powder Pinch of salt How to make it: Mix marinara, water, ricotta, and seasonings in a 9x13 dish Add broken noodles, frozen meatballs, spinach, and half the mozzarella Stir everything together and press noodles down into the sauce Top with remaining mozzarella, cover tightly with foil Bake at 375°F covered 45–50 min, uncovered 10–15 min Rest 10 min before scooping Dinner so easy it’s kinda dumb. 🤌 #easymeals #dinneridea #easydinners #easyrecipes #easyrecipie

What you’ll need: • 1 can (16 oz) buttermilk biscuits, quartered • 14–15 oz pizza sauce • 2 cups shredded mozzarella • 15–20 pepperoni slices • 1–2 tsp Italian seasoning How to make it: Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish. Quarter the biscuits and spread the pieces evenly in the dish. Pour the pizza sauce over the biscuit pieces and gently spread to coat. Sprinkle Italian seasoning across the top. Add mozzarella cheese. Add pepperoni (or any toppings you like). Bake 25–35 minutes, checking the center. If the middle biscuits still look doughy, bake an extra 5–10 minutes until everything is puffed and cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving. 🌿 5-Minute Dump & Bake Chicken Pesto A ridiculously easy one-pan dinner that tastes fancy but takes almost no effort. If you’ve got 5 minutes, a jar of pesto, and some chicken, dinner is basically done. This dump-and-bake pesto chicken turns juicy, cheesy, and flavorful with almost zero prep — just season, spread, and bake. 🍗 Ingredients • 4 chicken breasts • Salt & pepper • Garlic powder • Oregano • 1 jar pesto • 6–8 slices mozzarella cheese Optional toppings (highly recommended): • Fresh tomato slices • Fresh basil • Balsamic glaze 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1️⃣ Prep (takes about 5 minutes) Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish or sheet pan. Season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. 2️⃣ Dump the pesto Spread a spoonful of pesto over each chicken breast, then dump the rest of the jar around the chicken so everything bakes in that garlicky goodness. 3️⃣ Bake Bake at 400°F for about 30 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken. Chicken is ready when it reaches 165°F internal temperature. 4️⃣ Add the cheese Top each chicken breast with sliced mozzarella. 5️⃣ Melt & finish Return to the oven and bake or broil for 10–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. ✨ Optional Finishing Touch Top with fresh tomato slices, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze for a caprese-style upgrade.
