Microsoft just made a massive breakthrough that will change technology forever. It’s called the Majorana 1, a quantum chip that’s the first of its kind in quantum computing. And what this thing can do is absolutely insane. Imagine a world where you could invent concrete that could heal itself. Or you could design a phone battery that could be charged one time, and then never run out of juice. That sounds like science fiction, but it’s not. This chip is gonna make it possible with quantum computing. Here’s how quantum computing works (ELI5). Imagine the process to invent the material for an infinite battery was actually a giant maze. If you solve the maze, you invent the formula for a new battery technology. A normal computer would have to try every single pathway in the maze, one at a time. And it could take centuries to find the right path all the way through. But a quantum computer works differently, because it can try every single path in the maze at the same time. This is essentially the difference between a bit and a qubit (the quantum bits that power quantum computers) Now this new Majorana chip has an architecture that can sustain up to 1 million qubits at the same time. That’s 1 million different pathways through the maze, every moment, until it’s solved. And what this means, is pretty incredible. When a scientist goes into a lab to create a material or a design new drug, they won’t need to run experiments. Because this chip will just give them the right answer the very first time. And It’s hard to wrap your head around what this means, but essentially, it’s new medicines, new iPhone screens that can never crack, new metals for planes that fly at supersonic speeds. Everything will change because of quantum computers. And we just entered the Quantum Era. Quantum computers 👾🔥 It is a multidisciplinary field comprising aspects of computer science, physics, and mathematics that utilizes quantum mechanics to solve complex problems faster than on classical computers. The field of quantum computing includes hardware research and application development. Quantum computers are able to solve certain types of problems faster than classical computers by taking advantage of quantum mechanical effects, such as superposition and quantum interference. Some applications where quantum computers can provide such a speed boost include machine learning (ML), optimization, and simulation of physical systems. Eventual use cases could be portfolio optimization in finance or the simulation of chemical systems, solving problems that are currently impossible for even the most powerful supercomputers on the market. What is the quantum computing advantage? Currently, no quantum computer can perform a useful task faster, cheaper, or more efficiently than a classical computer. Quantum advantage is the threshold where we have built a quantum system that can perform operations that the best possible classical computer cannot simulate in any kind of reasonable time. Quantum computing is a rapidly-emerging technology that harnesses the laws of quantum mechanics to solve problems too complex for classical computers. Today, IBM Quantum makes real quantum hardware — a tool scientists only began to imagine three decades ago — available to hundreds of thousands of developers. 📌Do follow Me for more Informations and edits 📌 Don't repost our video with our permission those Audio and video are under copyright projected material 📌 Disclaimer under fair Use of educational purposes #quantumcomputing #quantumphysics #quantum #physics #quantumentanglement #computer #supercomputer #ai #artificialintelligence #technology #pc #future #robotics #scifi #science #instagram #reels

Quantum computers are a new type of computer designed to solve certain problems much faster than classical computers. Instead of using bits that are either 0 or 1, they use qubits, which can exist in a state called superposition, allowing them to represent multiple possibilities at the same time. Qubits can also become entangled, meaning the state of one qubit is directly linked to another, enabling quantum computers to explore many solutions in parallel. Because of this, quantum computers are especially useful for tasks like cryptography, chemistry simulations, optimization, and some machine learning or NLP problems. However, they are not meant to replace classical computers. Classical systems are still far better for sequential logic, everyday programs, and reliable computation. The future of computing is likely a hybrid approach, where quantum computers act as specialized accelerators while classical computers handle most standard tasks. #bocchitherock #computerscience #quantum #quantumcomputing #coding

The concept that human beings are "bioelectric quantum computers" is an emerging, largely theoretical framework in biological physics and neuroscience. It posits that the human body—specifically the brain—goes beyond classical electrochemistry to utilize quantum mechanical phenomena (like superposition and entanglement) for information processing. #humanbeing #quantumcomputer #quantum #quantummechanics #viralreels

China just built a quantum computer and, for the first time, open sourced its full quantum operating system. This is Zuchongzhi 3, a 105 qubit quantum computer that just completed a task which would take the world’s fastest supercomputers an impractical amount of time. But hardware is only half the story. China also just open sourced something called Origin Pilot, the world’s first publicly downloadable quantum operating system. Think of it like Windows, but for quantum computers. It manages multiple quantum processors at once, keeps qubits calibrated automatically, and lets developers write apps across superconducting, trapped ion, and neutral atom systems from a single interface. So while the West has been focused on raw qubit counts, China quietly built the entire stack, the chip and the software to run it. This is no longer just a lab experiment. It is becoming a full ecosystem.
