Trump has signed a bill bringing whole milk back to schools. I think most milk products are amazing, as I go over in this video. Whole milk specifically, as I’m sure most of you know, is a nutritional powerhouse and an amazing complete food. Whole milk provides more fat soluble vitamins: A, D, E, K. It also supports their absorption. This alone makes it a much better option for growing children. But milk has some incredible properties that many people aren’t aware of, such as its influence on hormones, lactoferrin, and other bioactive compounds.
