Thumb pulling does nothing long term. It just stretches skin for a few seconds. Real changes come from proper tongue posture, nasal breathing, hyoid elevation etc.. not pulling your mouth open lool

Most people only do upper jaw thumb pulling, but the lower jaw matters too. We have two jaws, the maxilla and the mandible. Working both helps create better balance.
