Move the object to their left side and continue “touch” with their right paw. Step 3. Place the object down and keep practicing “touch”. Step 4. Why I teach them👇 Which does your pup know? One of my favorite things about trick training is how tricks can build on each other. These “foundational” tricks are some of the best building blocks! For example, once your dog learns “touch,” they can learn “tell me a secret.” Once your dog knows “fetch” and “head in,” they can learn “clean up your toys.” And after your dog masters “shake,” they can try out “wave” and “cross your paws!” The 10 tricks in this video help your dog learn to use different parts of their body in different ways and interact with objects in various ways. Remember, tricks are just for fun, keep sessions short and exciting for your doggo with plenty of rewards!
