Step-4Cross the wide end over the narrow end again, creating an “X” shape. Step-5 Bring the wide end up and through the loop around your neck, this time coming from above. Step-6 Pull the wide end down and through the knot you’ve created in the front. Step-7 Adjust the knot by holding the narrow end and sliding the knot up to the desired tightness. 8.
