Drain flies are not harmful, they are just irritants that perch on the wall in a bathroom or close to any sink. At only ⅛ of an inch in size, drain flies don’t seem to be much of a household pest. But if you happen to see any of them flitting around a drain in your home, understand that there are likely to be more unless you put a stop to the party before it really gets started. Like their name indicates, drain flies are drawn to drains containing standing water or decaying food, like a floor drain or kitchen sink. They also like to feed on sewage, so it’s possible to see them around sewers and septic tanks. The trick with getting rid of drain flies, as with many pests, is to eradicate the larvae as well as the grown flies. Drain flies reproduce frequently and abundantly—they are known to reproduce anywhere from 30 to 100 eggs at a time, even if they themselves only hatched in the past couple of days. The larvae stick to the inside of pipes, making drain flies as much of a pest problem as it is a plumbing problem. To naturally remove drain flies, try these two methods 1. Natural Method #1 Carefully pour a pot full of boiling water down the drain. The heat will kill the drain flies. If you are afraid the boiling water will crack any surfaces, lower the temperature and use hot water instead. Pour one cup of white vinegar to kill off any remaining eggs that might be clinging to the pipes. As maintenance, you can pour hot water down the drain once a week to keep the problem from recurring. 2. Natural Method #2 Pour ½ a cup of salt, ½ a cup of baking soda, and one cup of vinegar down the drain. The vinegar will react with the baking soda, causing it to bubble and fizz. This reaction is what will kill the larvae. Leave the mixture overnight, then flush the next day with hot water. This should get rid of the flies and larvae, as well as leave your pipes clean and sanitary.

If cockroaches keep coming back, it’s because you’re only killing the ones you see. Cockroaches don’t live on your kitchen counter. They live in hidden nests — inside walls, under tiles, behind cupboards. So when you spray the few walking around? You’re just removing the workers, not the source. That’s why they disappear today... and come back tomorrow with backup. The real solution is treating the entry points Reaching cracks, corners & hidden spaces Using a powder that spreads where insects crawl Stop fighting the same battle every week. Handle the root of the infestation, not just the symptoms#trigaproducts #cleaningdetergents #cleantoilet #cockroaches #insects

Most pest problems don’t start inside the home — they start outside, in places most people never think to treat. Irrigation boxes stay sheltered, warm and undisturbed during the winter, making them a perfect hiding spot for ants, cockroaches and spiders. When temperatures rise, those pests don’t appear out of nowhere — they move out from areas like this. That’s why we include irrigation boxes in our winter treatments and perform a full yard flush to target pests at the source. Taking care of these areas now helps prevent bigger infestations when spring hits. Prevention is key, and the small details make the biggest difference. 🏡🛡️

After 20 years of working with different products, we’ve seen why Termidor continues to stand out as one of the best pest control solutions available. It’s consistent, reliable, and proven to deliver long-term results, especially when it comes to termites. That said, there are cheaper alternatives like Dominion that some customers prefer. They can work well too, but the truth is no product is perfect on its own. ㅤ The real difference comes down to the inspection. You can have the best chemical on the market, but if you don’t find the right entry points, mud tubes, or nesting sites, the treatment won’t be as effective as it should be. On the other hand, a thorough inspection paired with the right product makes all the difference. ㅤ At the end of the day, both Termidor and Dominion are solid tools, it’s the inspection and application that decide whether you’re solving the problem or just delaying it. That’s why we put so much emphasis on being thorough before we ever open a tank. ㅤ Need an honest termite inspection? Call Magic Pest Control at (480) 418-6809 to schedule your evaluation today.

Ever felt like you’re losing the war against flies? 🦟 In some parts of the U.S., fly infestations can reach an unbelievable scale—covering everything from porch lights to entire garage doors! Enter the Outdoor Big Bag Fly Trap, a viral sensation designed to handle the toughest outdoor pest problems. How It Works 🛠️ This trap is deceptively simple but incredibly effective. All you have to do is: Add Water: This activates the bait inside. Hang It Up: Place it at least 20 feet away from your living spaces. Wait: The scent-based bait lures flies in through the top, and once they’re in, they can’t get out. The "Big Bag" can hold up to 40,000 flies, making it a heavy-duty powerhouse for farms, stables, or backyards during the peak of summer. The Catch (Literally) 🤢 While its effectiveness is undeniable, it comes with one major trade-off: the smell. As the bait ferments and the trap fills up, it emits a powerful, unpleasant stench that is definitely not for the faint of heart. Users recommend placing it far away from where you eat or relax! Is the trade-off worth a fly-free yard? For those dealing with thousands of pests, the answer is usually a resounding "Yes!" Would you use this in your backyard, or is the smell a deal-breaker for you? 👇 @bitzcasino #FlyTrap #PestControl #OutdoorLiving #SummerHacks #BigBagFlyTrap
