helpful and free art resources incoming 🎨👇🏻 not technically an art “tip” I suppose, but I did want to share some of these incredible and 🚨FREE TO USE 🚨 websites that have been such a godsend for me when seeking inspiration, solid references, etc! ☺️: ✨ APP.POSEMY.ART: features a ton of poses and different model types that you can view, manipulate, and light in whatever way you want! the flexibility is insane and lets you LITERALLY customize poses right down to the fingers; great for dynamic figure, perspective, and light references ✨BETA.FLIM.AI (yes, it is FLIM, not FILM): fully searchable database of movie scenes WITH the color palettes of each shot; you can even search by color; great for composition ideas/references and helpful for maintaining consistent color schemes ✨SKETCHFAB.COM: contains a ton of different 3D models of various subjects (animals, objects, people, you name it) that you can view and rotate in 3D space! there are even animated models that you can pause during different moments in movement; great for perspective/general reference for subjects in different angles that you can’t find in photos 🔔 all of these sites do feature some level of limitation if you do not pay to use them, eg certain “premium” models, a daily usage limit, etc., BUT I also only use what is offered for free and 👏🏻 let me tell ya 👏🏻 all of it is so incredibly generous and helpful as it stands highly recommend checking them out!!
