I am so excited to share about Culinary Dropout located in The Design District! We finally made it out to try this hot spot and it did not disappoint! The space is huge! They have multiple private rooms, perfect for birthdays or other events! A gorgeous rooftop patio overlooking the Dallas skyline! And on weekends, you can find a band downstairs or DJ on the rooftop keeping everyone entertained! Not only does this location have great vibes, but the food and drink are fantastic! Culinary Dropout is brought you by the same restaurant group as The Henry, North Italia, and Flowerchild! So expect the same consistency and high quality food/drink and service! We tried a variety of menu items and don’t have a single complaint! Note, that the Dallas location is the only location offering any sushi items! I def encourage you to order one or two items of that menu! We really enjoyed the Tuna Crudo! Not only are they open for lunch and dinner they also offer a brunch on the weekends. We peeked at the menu and it looked spectacular! If you haven’t tried @culinarydropout yet, definitely add it to our your list, and let us know what you think!

Their menu includes classic American cuisine like burgers and pizza as well as sushi and other Asian-inspired dishes. Culinary Dropout has arrived to Indianapolis and it’s stellar. The decor and vibe are 5⭐️. The service is 5⭐️. The food 4.5⭐️ It’s a big place and when you walk in the cool layout and chandeliers and the dude/lady singing just get you and know you’re eating with a cool experience. I went on the first two days it was opened trying different food. I enjoyed everything, but….I am a deviled egg connoisseur and these missed the mark. I don’t love truffle in any way so there’s that and the prosciutto taste was non existent. The Wagyu pigs in a blanket were delicious. The crispy popcorn shrimp were dry and it’s garlic aioli bland. Brussels Sprouts were excellent and full of flavor. Potato chips yummy. Crispy chicken katsu sandwich very flavorful. 36 Hour pork ribs were fantastic. Fish and Chips were fine, a little gummy. Butternut squash kale salad with Salmon was a huge flavor hit. New to Orange! Culinary Dropout has been open for about 5 weeks now. It’s a fun place to go, just a little off the circle in Old Towne Orange. The food was fresh and delicious. Everyone was so nice. The place is super cute. Our waitress even told us about the happy hour with small plates specials that sounds like great fun. This time we tried … 🥑 The Hass drink: creamy avocado, coconut, fresh pressed lime, ginger agave, naranja agria. Oh my gosh this was delicious. 🍃 Butternut squash & kale salad: Bartlett pear, ancient grains, date, pistachio, toasted mulberry, white cheddar, maple tahini vinaigrette and I added shrimp. The salad was great. Full of flavor. I’m not sure I’d add the shrimp next time. 🥗 chicken Caesar salad: classic with the most amazing toasted cheese croutons I’ve ever had. 191 N.
