Follow this tutorial and I’m sure it will help you out! ✨Key tips: Be gentle. Never stand straight up. Don’t touch your hair until you have a cast. Move your head from side to side. If your hair is crunchy, scrunch out the crunch to remove it. Don’t pull apart your curl clumps until your hair is 99% dry. Don’t shake your hair until your hair is 90% dry. Your diffuser actually DOES matter… As a hairstylist and curly girl, I’ve tried a LOT of diffusers and dryers over the years. And honestly? Most left me wanting more. A diffuser is supposed to gently dry curls and disperse air to prevent frizz. But when the heat is too high or the prongs separate your curls while they’re still damp… it’s FRIZZ CITY. I’ve always used dryers with 3 heat and 3 temperature speeds, I find 2 to be not as easy to work with because you’re constantly having to drop the temperature to prevent it from overheating. @bouncecurl hairspray other additional info ⬇️ - it takes me around 25-30 minutes to diffuse even when I’m not rushing. Curl definition starts before the product — not after. 💧 Soaking wet hair matters. Water is what allows curls to clump together evenly. Styling on damp or towel-dried hair usually leads to separation and frizz before the curls even have a chance to form. 🖐🏽 Less product = better movement.
