I didn’t solve 1000 problems. I solved the right patterns. This 324 pattern-wise DSA sheet helped me crack good companies by removing confusion and bringing clarity. Instead of random LeetCode grinding, I learned how problems repeat in patterns—and interviews suddenly made sense. What’s inside (20+ core topics): • Arrays & Strings • Sliding Window • Two Pointers • Binary Search • Recursion & Backtracking • Linked List Patterns • Stack & Queue • Trees (DFS/BFS) • Graphs (BFS/DFS/Dijkstra) • DP (1D/2D) • Greedy, Heap, Bit Manipulation & more How this sheet helps you: • Clear thinking in interviews • Faster problem recognition • Strong fundamentals → better confidence 💬 Comment “LINK” to get the sheet 🔁 Share with your friends 📌 Don’t forget to follow for real DSA content #jobs #software #codinglife #dsa #sheet

Master these DSA Patterns to solve 90% of Interview Questions❤️ Data Structures can be overwhelming at first, but these patterns will help you: ✅Categorize the question immediately ✅Identify the Data Structure to be used ✅Practice frequently asked & Foundational Leetcode Questions for each pattern 📌Comment “DSA” to get the roadmap to all these 15 patterns right into your DMs! I get asked a lot on how I revise DSA. I have created a list of patterns and their core templates on Obsidian that I use to revise. I am not an expert but my approach is usually this: 1. Go through the core template 2. Try to write the pseudo/actual code for it 3. Check if I feel confident about writing the pseudo code for the easy questions for that pattern 4. If I do, I move to the next pattern 5. If not, I create a dedicated study plan for it. Planning to focus on DP this month. If you want my notes, comment “template”, “pattern” or “DSA” and you’ll have it in your DMs 🌼 Day 2/30 of daily posting 🥂 #dsa #leetcode #buildinpublic

Cracking coding interviews isn’t about solving hundreds of random problems, it’s about recognizing patterns. Most problems can be reduced to a handful of problem-solving patterns. Once you master them, most new problems will feel familiar, just with a twist. Here are the must-know DSA patterns with common use cases & examples (Part-1) [ Check out Part-2 on my profile ] 👉 Save this as your go-to checklist before interviews! 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐒𝐀 𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭, 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭? This is the most common DM which I get from juniors are, “Ma’am, I’ve solved 300+ questions but still can’t solve new ones. How many do I really need to do?” Here’s the truth it’s not about the count, it’s about the patterns. Once you master patterns, every new problem feels familiar. Here are the 15 patterns you must know for placements: 1. 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 – Solve pair/relationship problems in arrays/linked lists. 2. 𝐒𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐰 – Efficiently handle subarray/substring problems. 3. 𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 / 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 – O(1) lookups for counts, duplicates, mapping. 4. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐱 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐬 – Answer range queries fast. 5. 𝐁𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 (𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬) – For sorted arrays or monotonic conditions. 6. 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐲 – Local choices that lead to global solutions. 7. 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 – Break down overlapping subproblems. 8. 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 – Explore all possibilities (subsets, permutations). 9. 𝐁𝐅𝐒 – Shortest paths, level-by-level traversals. 10. 𝐃𝐅𝐒 – Explore all paths, detect cycles. 11. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐩 / 𝐓𝐨𝐩-𝐊 – Manage largest/smallest efficiently. 12. 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐬 – Handle overlaps in schedules. 13. 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝 – Manage connectivity in graphs. 14. 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐞 – Prefix-based search and storage. 15. 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 / 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐮𝐞 – Solve next/previous greater/smaller problems. And remember, DSA is not a sprint, it is a marathon. Rejections will happen, and that is normal. But every attempt makes you sharper, and every failure teaches you a pattern in life too. #DSA #Placements #CodingInterviews #ProblemSolving #CareerAdvice #DSA #DataStructures #Algorithms #CodingInterview #LeetCode #HackerRank #Codeforces #CodeSignal #ProblemSolving #BigONotation #SystemDesign #TechCareers #InterviewPreparation #FAANG #SoftwareEngineering #CodingLife #ProgrammersLife #CareerGrowth #ComputerScience
