💔 this Easter mini cake was in the prettiest shades but the artificial lighting ruined them 💔 Lighting is definitely my biggest struggle when it comes to creating content/reels - does anyone share this same problem?! 🐰🌸🐣💐🍥 . For the mini cake & cupcake sets: this is my 4 inch cake paired with two standard-sized chocolate cupcakes. This cake is two thin layers and is filled with a rich chocolate buttercream & chocolate ganache (SO good!). . The box is made out of a standard half size cupcake box. I cut four of the holes out so that the mini cake can fit and then leave the last two holes for the cupcakes. CADBURY MINI EGG CAKE 🪺✨I could eat this Cadbury Mini Egg ganache all on its own, but it’s sooo good as filling between the chocolate cake layers here! POV you want to add whimsy to your Easter table and bake everyone their own cakelet bird’s nest 🐣🪺 Grab your Wilton Mini Fluted Tube Pan and get baking, here’s what to do: 🧁 Bake your favorite chocolate cake recipe in a greased Wilton Mini Fluted Tube Pan, allow to cool, and remove to a sheet of parchment paper 🍫 Melt Dark Cocoa and Light Cocoa, Candy Melts in separate bowls then add some White Candy Melts mixed with Light Cocoa Candy Melts in a 3rd bowl 🧁 Place melted candy in 3 different piping bags and pipe over the top and sides of each mini fluted cake, transfer to the fridge to set (15-30 minutes) 🍫 Once mini cakes are set, turn them upside down and use piping tip 233 to pipe chocolate buttercream on top of each cake. 🧁 Make an eggshell by add a thick layer of White Candy Melts into a small sphere mold, let them set then remove from the mold and use a sharp knife to make a jagged edge to resemble a cracked egg shell. 🍫Sit the candy shell onto the middle of the nest and use tip 1A and yellow buttercream to add a chick into each shell. 🧁Use mini black sprinkles for the eyes, a small orange Jimmie for the beak, and tip 352 to add little wings Created for Wilton as the perfect sweet spring treat by @CakedByRach 💛🐣 #WiltonCakes #CandyMelts #BakingHack #CupcakeDecorating
