After a long, cold winter, Spring is finally arriving this month and I know many of you have already begun decorating for the season and some even for Easter.🌱🌸🐇 I’m a little behind this year. Life has felt heavier than usual with the heartbreaking loss of our beloved Beagle girl, Topaz.😔🐾I’m still learning how to move through each day without her. ❤️‍🩹 But staying creative has always been healing for me, and as I prepare for a very special event this coming weekend (which I can’t wait to share with you), I wanted to revisit one of my Spring/Easter tablescapes which created quite a stir the first time I revealed it, reaching over a million views. My vision was to create a setting that feels like stepping into a fairytale garden with florals everywhere, even cascading from the chandelier! Sweet bunnies had to be nestled throughout, with an abundance of pastel eggs.🌸🐇🥚I placed the prettiest runner at the centre of the table with a sweet, floral design that echoed the lovely spring floral motif of the dishware.🍃🩵🌸🍽️🥂🌸🩵🍃 I do have lots of ideas for a new Spring tablescape design but for now, I hope this one inspires some ideas for your decorating. Well, you know the saying, when one chapter closes, another gently opens. I’m welcoming this new season with hope while holding tightly to fifteen beautiful years of memories with our precious Topaz.💕🐶💕😌 Spring will definitely feel different this year without her, but I’m taking it one day at a time. I still don’t fully understand the correlation between Jesus’ resurrection and bunnies, BUT I decided to lean more into the spring aesthetic and create a design that my audience would truly love. Spring is less than 30 days away and before my garden starts blooming outdoors I’m making it bloom indoors!✨🌸✨ It’s time… For spring decorating🌱, With cute bunnies🐇🐇, Pretty florals🌸💐, And charm everywhere!✨ When designing this pink spring tablescape, I wanted it to feel like a storybook vibe set in a flower garden. 💫🐰🌸📖🌸🐰💫I added cascading florals above to feel like a canopy of blooms, drawing your eye upward, and framing the table in a whimsical way.
