AI is no longer in the experimental phase; it is now about operational reality. Reflecting on the discussions in @mwcseries Barcelona, three themes stood out: 𝟭. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 "𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗔𝗜" 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜: The industry has moved beyond simple LLMs to autonomous agents that execute tasks. In the RAFM space, this means moving away from dashboards that merely flag risks toward agentic partners that correlate signals, reason through data, and actively shorten investigation cycles. 𝟮. 𝗡𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 "𝗕𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘀" 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘂𝗺: Senior telco leaders are being candid: scaling AI in the field is difficult. Common challenges—messy data, hallucinations, and the necessity of "Human-in-the-Loop" controls—are universal.
