ZUTATEN | 2 Portionen Shokupan, Brioche Brot am Stück oder anderes weißes Brot (ca. 5 cm dick pro Sandwich), alternativ 2 Scheiben pro Portion Butter zum Anbraten Für die Eier: 4 Eier 2 EL Sahne oder Milch 1 TL Zucker 0,5 TL Salz Belag: 4 Scheiben Scheibletten Käse 4 Scheiben Bacon oder Schinken Für die Sauce: 1 EL japanische (Kewpie) Mayonnaise oder normale Mayonnaise 1 EL Sriracha Sauce Für die Garnitur: 1 EL japanische (Kewpie) Mayonnaise oder normale Mayonnaise 0,5 EL gesüßte Kondensmilch Frische Kräuter nach Wahl (z. B. Petersilie) ZUBEREITUNG 1. Das Brot in etwa 5 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden und in Butter von beiden Seiten goldbraun toasten. Danach zur Hälfte, aber nur zu drei Vierteln einschneiden, damit es stabil bleibt. Alternativ kannst du auch einzelne Scheiben nehmen, diese dann am besten in Backpapier einwickeln, damit sie nicht auseinanderfallen. 2. Währenddessen die Mayonnaise mit der Kondensmilch und separat die Mayonnaise mit der Sriracha Sauce verrühren. 3. Den Bacon oder Schinken in einer Pfanne goldbraun und knusprig braten. 4. Eier mit Milch, Zucker und Salz verquirlen und bei niedriger Hitze in Butter oder Öl stocken lassen. Sobald die Ränder fest sind, das Ei mit einem Schaber von außen nach innen schieben, damit es fluffig bleibt. Für eine Portion eignet sich eine kleine Pfanne, hier bleibt das Omelett ganz. Für zwei Portionen kannst du eine große Pfanne nutzen und das Omelett anschließend halbieren. 5. Die Innenseite des Brotes mit der scharfen Mayo-Sriracha-Mischung bestreichen, auf eine Hälfte eine Scheibe Käse legen, das halbierte Omelett daraufsetzen und auf die andere Brothälfte den Bacon geben. 6. Anschließend die süße Mayo-Kondensmilch-Mischung darüberträufeln, nach Belieben mit frischen Kräutern garnieren, das Sandwich sofort servieren. #eggdrop #sandwich #einfacherezepte
